Polished Silver-Tone Metal Belt Lever Buckle

A belt attachment made of polished silver-tone metal with a curved base plate and a hinged lever arm. Small prongs on the arm grip the belt strap, and the lever closes down to hold it in place. It replaces a standard buckle on a belt.
